Job Description:
We’re searching for an experienced Business Analyst who can join our technology team and help to translate business requirements into technical requirements that our developers can easily work with.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- requirements capture
- build expert product knowledge across all of our products
- work closely with developers to ensure that they’re on the right track
- test web-based applications- train other employees how to use our internal products
- technical documentation of our products
- stay abreast of industry trends, and help to drive product innovation
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years experience as a business analyst
- proven track record of getting excellent results- degree qualified, preferably with a technical degree
- technical writing experience- strong interest and knowledge of online web and mobile products
- familiar with agile development methods- superb communication skills- excellent written and spoken English
Also strongly desired:
- experience working with Ruby on Rails developers
- UX experience (user testing, interaction design)
- cloud-hosted products
- multinational
