• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required

4. Graphics Designer (GD)

• Bachelor degree, preferably from Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design
• Creative and Dynamic personality, passionate in producing new ideas, concepts and detail-oriented
• Hand Drawing skill will be preferable
• Experience in user interface & web design will be a plus
• Must be proficient with design software (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, etc)

Our company is looking for a talented Systems Administrator (SA) with 4-6 years experience managing business systems in medium to large scale organizations. Industry experience in banking, finance, web/online or Telcos is desirable but not a requirement. The Systems Administrator will be trained to become an expert on company internal systems and processes, and will be expected to master new technologies as the company grows and adopts new products, channels and projects. The SA will help resolve a wide variety of technical issues, provide input into complex problems, engage with the team to create original and effective solutions to drive the business forward; further, the SA will be the main technical point of contact for 3rd party affiliates, outsourced development teams, and other related parties. Over time, the SA is expected to become the lead engineer and technologist with responsibility for training, instruction, and overseeing development and test cycles.

Required skills

Engineering & technology

• Master company internal proprietary systems and applications in order to become the subject matter expert on mobile money technologies and systems.
• Engineering of technology solutions for various project and operational needs.
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Install and configure systems
• Support test and fix cycles, working with outsourced development teams
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Contribute to, document and maintain system standards.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
• Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
• Upgrade and configure systems, perform regular maintenance processes

Knowledge & skills

• Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
• Systems Administration/System Engineer certification desirable but not a requirement.
• Fluent in Windows networking and administration, with working knowledge of UNIX environments
• Some programming skills including web based technologies (PHP/Perl/JavaScript) and SQL or other database technologies would be advantageous.
• Four to six years system administration experience.
• Excellent command of the English language and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
