Sales Manager – Distribution at mig33

mig33 is seeking a sales Manager with 5-8 years of experience in sales and at least 2 years in a managerial role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing efforts within mig33 working with our local partners. The individual will be managing distributor network, includes credit sales to users and other channels such as retail stores, sideloaders, mall merchants, etc. We are looking for a self-starter with flexibility, management experience and outstanding decision-making skills, one who is able to use quantitative abilities to make effective, strategic decisions.

This candidate has to possess previous strong performance in a rapidly changing environment, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, can successfully manage teams and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. The individual must be willing to submerge him/ herself to achieve sales goals and grow the market. The Ideal candidates will have management experience in a retail sales environment as well as channel sales management.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering on monthly sales targets with individual targets from sales networks
  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Assume responsibility for structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives – developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to mig33′s success in Indonesia
  • Develop and implement best practices for merchants interaction, sales and services for mig33, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies
  • Execute Management strategies and build a best in class Sales Team
  • Will be required to generate sales reports for the regions
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions

Requirements:

  • 5 – 8 years of Sales experience and 3+ years of sales management experience (additional retail experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong management and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus
  • Ability to win the support of key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
  • Demonstrable success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Understanding of user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Business Development Manager at mig33

mig33 is looking for a Business Development Manager to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships for the company. Deals range from in-bound licensing deals and securing launch partners to support various product initiatives, to complex one-of-a-kind partnerships that drive growth and engagement of mig33 users. This role will report to Business Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Together with local partner team, drive term sheet and contracts negotiations for mig33′s strategic partnerships, and manage relationships post deal completion as needed
  • Work cross functionally within mig33 to understand partnership impact on our application and services, and get internal buy-in for new initiatives
  • Serve as an advocate for partners at mig33, and identify areas for growth via partnerships

Requirements:

  • MBA preferred, but not required with outstanding academic performance
  • 5+ years experience, including 2-3 years of related business development experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience in a product management role a plus
  • Deep understanding of the consumer internet/social media products and trends
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals, think strategically, and understand nuanced product issues
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to clarify and summarize complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • Excellent project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects

Community Manager at mig33

The Community Manager will implement mig33′s Community Strategy, managing engagement and interactivity with its users, and fostering community spirit inline with global directions. This role coordinates with the MarCom team to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a strong community around the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the community strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and providing superior quality of customer service and support to our community  with the help of various communication tools
  • Work with the Product development team to ensure the community platform (for ex. forums, blogs, moderation tools) are kept up to date and functional, as well as influence the roadmap by collating user feedback
  • Work with Local Campaigns team and manage a schedule of chats and competitions for the site communities to engage with (including branded chats), and lead them into contributing their own high quality submissions across the entire suite of tools available
  • Moderate all User Generated Content according to the Moderation policy, liaising with the Legal team where required
  • Feed compelling editorial content to Social Media Executive for various social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media outposts
  • Act as an advocate of the Company in the brand’s community and as the advocate of the community within the Company, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the growth of the community, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of new initiatives
  • Regularly feed back insights gained from community monitoring into the Marcom team, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion
  • Monitor trends in online community tools, trends and applications

Requirements:

  • Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure and fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management or organisational skills
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of online community platforms and their respective participants (Chats, Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, Games, Profiling etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios

The GFX Artist will work closely with Content and Creative Factory, Product Managers, Marketing and Engineers to design and implement key features for our social games and entertainment services.

Working with a close-knit, fun and motivated team, you’ll be responsible for executing the highest quality user-centric design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, conceptualize and provide solutions for a range of creative product briefs (and have fun while you’re doing it!)
  • Mock up and prototype features according to creative specifications
  • Provide variety of solutions to design needs
  • Work closely with other designers for implementing multiple projects

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of designing experience. Fresh grads with portfolio is also welcome
  • Excellent graphic design skills
  • Understanding of web and interactive design fundamentals (mobile design a huge plus!)
