The Opportunity

Deal Keren has a tremendous opportunity for an Online Marketing Manager to join its rapidly expanding business in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

Main responsibility will be to promote Dealkeren.com to target audiences and merchants in order to support our growth objectives. You will also play an important role in monitoring, analysing and improving the various campaigns in order to help our Sales team define their next targets

Other tasks include:

  • Manage Advertising Campaigns.
  • Roll-out and animate social media channels (Facebook, Twitter…etc).
  • Suggest, experiment and analyse new ideas for online marketing.
  • Define SEO and SEM strategies alongside the Marketing Director.
  • Identify keyword opportunities to increase relevant traffic
  • Develop ad copy aligned with the Deal Keren brand and optimized for conversions

Requirements:

  • Marketing Degree with at least 2 years experience, with at least one year in online marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to experiment and learn from experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a consistently evolving environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and trends
  • Strong analytical, problem solving. Also learn quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and abilities.
  • A passion for Internet related matters.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.

Mobile Savvy

* Experience in competing Mobile Framework in Android, iPhone and Symbian based
* Experience in using WAP, PHP, XML/HTML, Javascript, Mobile AJAX-driven application and MySQL
* Knowledge of WAP cross-browser development techniques and graceful gradation browser strategies

Account Manager

Responsibilities:
* To maintain and develop existing clients through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship
* To actively identify opportunities to increase the revenue within each client business portfolio
* To be involved in new and existing project management
* To monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
* To maintain documentation and materials in support and evidence of the above objectives
* Involve in Tender/RFQ/RFP processing, proposal as well as conduct good product/business presentation and business negotiations.
* To develop account plans, customer opportunity plans and presenting high quality, professional presentation and proposal materials

Requirements:
* Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science or Information Technology with min GPA is 3.0 (on 4.0 scale)
* Preferably with knowledge of Telecommunications industry
* Have knowledge about Marketing in Social Media
* Have ability to make technical and commercial proposal
* High level computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
* Have good IT knowledge related with operator business, etc
* Ability to establish strong client relationships and meet client needs
* Analytical skills – analyze data and provide insights and recommendations
* Fluently oral and written in English
* Good communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
* At least 2 years experience in managing key accounts and special projects with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
