General Responsibilities
- Content Management update for our various digital channels.
- Implementation and utilization of Web Analytics on analyzing traffic and behavioral segments on our website.
- Surveillance and developing Reports Framework from various data sources.
- Work together with the Digital Initiative team to provide Analytical Support for benchmark criteria on measuring online metrics and KPIs
- Assisting the Digital Initiative team by providing Data and Insights to make data driven decisions.
Technical Skills
- Designing, constructing and running reports using various online web-analytics solution.
- Constructing reporting dashboards in Excel with external queries.
- Has a basic knowledge in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies
- Mastery of Excel, Powerpoint and other software tools for reporting and presenting data.
- Thorough understanding of Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML
- Experience with web analytics program e.g. Google Analytics.
- Experience tracking solutions for technologies such as Flash, AJAX , video, etc.
Requirements
- Education Diploma or Bachelor in Computer Science or Communications.
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Experience Minimum of one year experience in analyzing Web data for a simple to medium website
- Highly effective working in teams with tight deadlines and has the ability to cope with stressful situations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
